"Available, Nice People"!
We started with a different realtor on our first property, listing just in the spring/summer. Scott worked hard to get my business while we were running it as a for sale by owner over the next winter. He was kind and compassionate, truly caring about our reluctance to sell at a loss. We listed with the Ticknor's (likely too high a price) in 2010. They let us take our time over price reductions, so we ended up selling in the second year. (Relisted in spring - sold in November 2011.) Then, when my mother's estate needed representation, they were an easy choice. This time we priced it right, and her house sold right away (1 day). Steve and Scott are terrific, readily available, nice people. They are the only realtors I would use in the Portland metro area
